Feasibility study for 30 dwellings on a former hospital site in Great Yarmouth, produced while at Robert Hutson Architects. The site is surrounded by a historic flint wall which the scheme sought to retain and part of the site has already been redeveloped as social housing to an orthogonal plan which needed to be responded to. As part of the site is Flood Risk Zone 2, the scheme proposed to raise the ground level to a 1 in 1000 flood event plus an allowance for global warming.
